The Educational Advising Center of Cambodia

EACC, located in the Royal University of Phnom Penh, was opened in January 1998. The core purpose of this center is to assist RUPP and other institutional students and staff, who would like to continue their study in the U.S. and to other countries, to identify institutions, programs, and scholarships. The main functions of the center are to:
